Your information may be used to respond to your real estate inquiry, arrange a showing, provide requested property information, or send real estate updates when you choose to receive them. Your information is not sold.

Form processing

Website forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Information submitted through a form is transmitted to Formspree and delivered to Brandi Gutierrez. Formspree processes that information under its own privacy practices.

Email and text communication

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using an unsubscribe option in the message or contacting Brandi directly. Consent to receive marketing communication is not required to buy or sell property.

Device storage

This website uses your browser's local storage to remember when you dismiss the property-update prompt. This helps prevent the same prompt from appearing repeatedly. The preference normally remains on that device for 30 days.
